That is great news. So lovely that Ray and Emma are working together again over  Christmas. I always feel sorry for performers who are away from partners/family over the festive season.. They must be so happy to be spending all of Christmas/New Year together. It shows Qdos must have been very happy with them last year too. I imagine they will be Cinderella and Prince Charming?

 Fortunately we have friends in Durham we can stay with as it is quite a long journey for us otherwise so will be booking to go.

What great news Amanda that they will be performing together again over christmas. I agree with Alfie, they did such a great job last year so they must have been noticed. Its nice that they will be working close to Rays home over christmas. No long distances for him to travel this year to see his family.

Just booked tickets for me and Hels for a few shows. Had a word with the lady at the ticket office and they are selling fast. The best seats i managed to get are Row D, Row G, Row H and Row b which is the front row as row A is not used due to the orchestra. Be carefull when booking, try not to book the middle of rows due to the conductor stands up and may block your view.

Emma is Cinderella, Ray is Prince charming, Jimmy Cricket is Baron Hardup and Denna is the Fairy Godmother. Brochures are not out yet but will be soon.

 Booked the hotel which is next door to the theatre The Cricketers. Only £30 for B&B pppn. Lovely man Tony is refurbing it and some of the cast are staying there but i think Ray and Emma might do the same as last year and hire a flat near by.

No problem Anne. The lady in the ticket office said she will send me a brochure when they are out. If she remembers i will scan it so everyone can see.

Yes but only my daughters family has the boys say its too far to travel. My daughters partner has family up that way so its easy for her.

Qdos on twitter have just confirmed what we already knew about Ray and Emma.

We can confirm that @therealRayQuinn, Deena Payne and Jimmy Cricket will be appearing in Cinderella this Christmas in Darlington . Emma Stephens plays the title role of #Cinderella with Ray Quinn as her Prince Charming..Former #emmerdale star Deena Payne plays the Fairy Godmother with Jimmy Cricket playing Baron Hardup..The production runs from the 3rd December - 15th January

Can't wit to see the promo pictures.Shouldn't be long now.
