I saw the show last night!
It opens with a masquarade ball, with all the skaters including Jayne and Chris, but of course everyone is in mask and costume so I couldn't tell which one was Ray!
Andi Peters then comes on and introduces the judges (the fifth judge is a DJ from a local radio station).
All the skating stars take to the ice (introduced as couples) - Ray did the splt jump again!
They then perform and the judges score.
Ray was top of the board with 29, Todd bottom with 14.5
Ray did Rock Around the Clock again. One jump landed rather awkwardly so two judges (Robin and Karen) gave him 5.5, but the other three gave him a 6!
We had the interval where we could vote for the star we wanted to see perform the Bolero.
The couples performed again, but no judges this time - they skated on, did the routine and skated off (with Andi introducing them). So it flowed much more quickly. It included a routine with Frankie, Matt and Dan, and another with a husband and wife couple Alexandra and Lukasz .
Ray and Chris did the skate off, with Ray getting five votes!

when i went on thursdayy ray got all sixes i thought kyran was good and suzanne but no one compared to rayy he was amazing xx | |

me and my daughter went to the sunday matinee in sheffield on the 5th april, the show was brilliant but we felt ray was'nt himself? we have seen him in grease and he was exhuberant but he seemed either nervous or unhappy yesterday. That aside it was a fantastic show and worth every penny. from holly and mum. hull,east yorkshire | |

Hiya Holly Welcome to the forum.I'm glad you enjoyed the show.Ray is under a lot of pressure at the moment travelling to and from London rehearsing for Grease as well as doing the tour.I'm sure he is fine,maybe a little tired.

Hiyaa my friend went to see the tour yesterday! and she got to meet all the dancing on ice stars and ray she went to the stage door but apparenyly ray tried to avoid everyone and came out a different gate but they got to meet him anyway xxx | |

I have been to see the show twice - on Friday in Sheffield and then Wednesday in Nottingham. Ray was amazing in both shows but on the tour in Nottingham he didnt seem himself. I dont know whether part of this is because a man shouted something that wasnt very nice to him before balero but that seemed to affect his performance a bit towards the end. Only down side is that they did the same routines as on the TV show but the tour was amazing!! Cant wait till next year!! I took my Mum's friend to see the tour in Nottingham, she's a massive Torvill and Dean fan but has come away saying that she thinks Ray 'is really cute' and saying how much she enjoyed watching him skate!! What happened to Torvill & Dean? I thought they were the ones she went to see, obviously not anymore!! As said before, great show and worth every penny!! xKimx | |
